Today, its only a dream. Someday, it could be a reality.

There SHOULDN’T be people who are thirst another’s grief.

Money SHOULDN’T fuel greed.

People SHOULDN’T judge others out of disrespect and hatred.

There SHOULDN’T be hearts deceived; lives SHOULDN’T be taken without mercy.

People SHOULDN’T be ungrateful when they have luxuries and other’s are barely getting through the day.

Ignorance SHOULDN’T be cool.

People SHOULDN’T walk away carelessly witnessing this.

Everybody SHOULD be inspired by each other’s success, motivate one-another when they are failing, & believe in their will-power.

Money SHOULD be used with good-will to aid others and benefit the community.

Everybody SHOULD be seen by the content of their character and respect one another, for they too have a heart (even if it’s hard to find, it’s there.)

Hearts SHOULD be treated with integrity; Lives SHOULD be valued as precious to everyone.

Everyone SHOULD be willing to sacrifice their luxuries to give someone else a chance to live freely and without the worries of poverty.

Being cool SHOULD be simply mistaken for being generous.

You SHOULD care. Why? Because… this is your world too. You’re not cool if you walk away..because frankly I don’t find you’re ignorance, “charming.”

About Me

Hello, I’m Karishma, a teenage girl who dreams to change the world. I live in a small town and I am constantly reminded of the challenges we face in the world (cancer, AIDS, global warming, pollution, etc.) I am aware that there are many troubles that need to be addressed, I believe that technology can aid in the resolution of these many obstacles. That is why I use the internet to spread the awareness and address the concern of diseases, natural disasters, pollution, global warming, crimes, bullying, etc. But spreading awareness won’t solve the actual problem, I plan to do many things in my community to take a step and change the world in my own way. Imagine how the world would be if we all worked together to make the change that we want to see in the world. When I was little, the world seemed wonderful and there seemed to be no problems at all. Now that I’ve grown up, I know that the world isn’t perfect and that it won’t turn around overnight, but I won’t stand back and just witness it all happening, when I can make a difference. I will make a difference.

“ Sometimes, I miss the days when I didn’t know half of what was happening, those days where everything and everyone seemed innocent. Everything was simple, because people were always nice to the little girl who was smaller than everyone around her. Now, I know more than I did before, & the world’s not the “Jolly Place” it once seemed to be. Things have grown complicated & now I realize the truth behind the tears and the scars. But, I don’t want to go back to the past, even though it was a heck of a lot easier back then & my smiles weren’t just “pretend.” I want to grow up, knowing I can make a difference.”
